Handing over a project well is one of the most important milestones of what we as builders do. We must leave a positive and long lasting impression at the end of all of our projects.
Putting effort into a well-considered project handover kit makes our clients (and residents) feel appreciated. They have trusted Hutchies to build them a high quality asset and often purchasers are pouring their life savings into owning an apartment in the building. We should make them feel proud to be in a Hutchies built building.
To make this process as easy as possible, we've created a range of ready-to-go options for handover kits (detailed below).
Pricing is based on lower quantities as standard, but for 200+ kits can potentially be made cheaper (we will confirm the price after you've placed your order).

Each project has individual requirements and we've created options that should fit the need of most. Before making a call on what kit you think is best, check your head contract / PPR for any specific requirements or have a conversation with your client to see what their expectations are.
If there are no formal contractual / client requirements, the most cost effective option for residential projects is the Digital Box Kit where as non-residential projects (often less quantities) we recommend the Printed Folder Kits (which work out cheaper on smaller runs).
