NSW Venues of Concern

Please take the time to review the lists below and if you have been at one of the venues at the time identified, inform your Team Leader and make arrangements to be tested and work from home until you receive a negative result.

List of Venues

Self-isolate and get tested immediately if you've been to these locations

If you have been to any of these locations during the time and date indicated you should:

  1. immediately self-isolate until 14 days after you were last there
  2. get tested even if you have no symptoms
  3. watch for COVID-19 symptoms and get retested should any symptoms recur
  4. even if you get a negative test, you must stay in isolation for 14 days as it can take 14 days before you may show symptoms or test positive.

5:30pm to 6:30pm on Friday 4 September

Anyone who attended for at least one hour must immediately get tested for COVID-19 and self-isolate for 14 days since they were there, even if a negative test result is received.

People who were there for less than an hour at these times must monitor for symptoms and get tested immediately if they develop and self-isolate until they receive a negative result.

Ashfield: New Shanghai Night restaurant

6:30pm to 8pm on Friday 4 September

Anyone who attended for at least one hour must immediately get tested for COVID-19 and self-isolate for 14 days since they were there, even if a negative test result is received.

People who were there for less than an hour at these times must monitor for symptoms and get tested immediately if they develop and self-isolate until they receive a negative result.

Concord: Paperboy Café

10am to 12pm on Sunday 6 September

Epping: Plus Fitness

9am to 10:15am on Saturday 5 September

Moorebank: New Brighton Golf Club

6:15pm on Friday 28 August to 12:30am on Saturday 29 August Anyone who was at the club for two hours or more between 6:15pm and 12:30am is considered a close contact and must get tested for COVID-19 and self-isolate for 14 days until 11 September.

Newtown: It’s Time for Thai restaurant

5pm to 8pm on Friday 28 August

Newtown: Kuleto's Cocktail Bar

6:30pm to 9:30pm on Friday 28 August People who attended for at least one hour must immediately get tested and isolate for 14 days since they were there (until midnight on 11 September), and stay isolated for the entire period, even if a negative test result is received.

Oatlands: Oatlands Golf Club

6:30pm to 8:45pm on Friday 4 September

Anyone who attended for at least one hour must immediately get tested for COVID-19 and self-isolate.

Paddington: Four in Hand Pub

6:30pm to 10pm on Wednesday 26 August

Guests who attended the downstairs at this time, for more than two hours are considered close contacts and must immediately get tested and self-isolate for 14 days since they were there.

Guests who dined upstairs only or for less than two hours are considered casual contacts and should monitor for symptoms.

Parramatta: Albion Hotel (Beer Garden and Pavilion)

8:15pm to 11:15pm on Saturday 5 September

Anyone who attended for at least one hour must immediately get tested for COVID-19 and self-isolate for 14 days since they were there, even if a negative test result is received.

People who were there for less than an hour at these times must monitor for symptoms and get tested immediately if they develop and self-isolate until they receive a negative result.

Prestons: Life in the Spirit Ministry

12:30pm to 2:30pm on Sunday 30 August

Anyone who attended for at least one hour must immediately get tested for COVID-19 and self-isolate for 14 days until 13 September.

Randwick: Fitness First

Anyone who attended Fitness First Randwick between Sunday 23 August and Tuesday 1 September should monitor for symptoms and if they develop, get tested and self-isolate.

Attendees who visited on the following days will be contacted and advised by NSW Health whether they are casual or close contacts.

10am to 2pm on Sunday 30 August 11am to 4pm on Monday 31 August 8am to 12pm on Tuesday 1 September

Sydney: Hyde Park Medical Centre

Monday 24 August to Saturday 5 September Anyone who worked at Hyde Park Medical Centre (including physiotherapy, pathology, dermatology and dental practices and pharmacy on the ground floor of the building) should get tested for COVID-19 immediately and self-isolate until a negative result is received. If you are contacted by NSW Health and identified as a close contact you must immediately self-isolate for 14 days and stay isolated for the entire period, even if a negative test result is received. Anyone else who visited should monitor for symptoms and get tested for COVID-19 if they have even the slightest symptoms, and self-isolate until a negative result is received.

Waverley: Eastern Suburbs Legion Club

5pm to 6:30 on Friday 28 August Tuesday 1 September Friday 4 September Saturday 5 September Sunday 6 September Monday 7 September Anyone who attended the Legion Club on these days and times are considered to be a close contact and must immediately get tested and self-isolate for 14 days regardless of the result.

Anyone who attended the Legion Club on Friday 28 August must immediately get tested and self-isolate until they receive a negative result.

Monitor for symptoms if you've been to these locations

If you have been to any of these locations or travelled on nominated public transport routes during the time and date indicated you should:

  1. watch for COVID-19 symptoms
  2. if symptoms occur, immediately get tested and self-isolate.
